Great Bike!!! Amazing customer service!

Extremely well made and easy to assemble. So many extras...cool tool kit, nifty tire pump, pretty much everything you need. Only issue I had was both fenders were bent during shipping. One I was able to straighten out, the other I contacted customer support for a replacement. Had an answer (will get a replacement) within 10 minutes! Amazing! Then couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights as there is nothing about lights in the manual...contacted customer support and again, within 10 minutes I had the answer: Turn on display, press the up arrow for about three seconds...Voila! Repeat to turn off lights. Bike handles extremely well. The power assist does take a little getting used to but the learning curve is easy. I will mainly use the pedal assist, level one, it's that powerful, however, it's easy to ride even in the regular, no power mode so l can still get a workout. Brakes are excellent right out of the box. Seat is comfy and I like the more upright position the handlebars put you in. VERY FUN BIKE! I'm enjoying riding again, so happy I bought it!
Update: Received the replacement front fender and it's perfect. Truly amazing customer service - they follow through!
